FAQ: How do I get access to and manage users in the partner portal?

Partner portal access is managed through your Coinme partner manager. To add new users, provide their email addresses and the access level needed (e.g., transaction dashboard, support ticketing). To remove users who have left your organization, please submit the request promptly so access can be revoked. Each partner account has a defined number of available seats.
